At Undo For Tomorrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original recycled packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
